Effective from 1 January 2026. By accessing and using the NEXUS website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

"NEXUS" / "London Real Estate App" refers to the marketplace platform operated at this domain. "User" refers to any person accessing the site — whether as a tenant, landlord, agent, or service provider.

NEXUS is a marketplace connecting tenants with landlords and letting agencies, and connecting residents with verified London service providers. We do not own or manage any listed properties. All rental agreements are between the landlord/agent and the tenant directly.

All agencies and landlords listing properties on NEXUS must comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including but not limited to: the Tenant Fees Act 2019, the Housing Act 2004, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, and the Equality Act 2010. Additional obligations are set out in our Agency Code of Practice.

5. No Guarantee of Tenancy

NEXUS does not guarantee that a listed property will result in a tenancy agreement, nor does it guarantee the suitability, safety, or condition of any listed property. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by the user to NEXUS in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of NEXUS or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Termination

NEXUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the platform or its users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
